Requirements: PocketPC 2003(SE), WM5, WM6

Update Description:

v1.4:
- Cabbed it up, changed the Form's name (was K&J portal, now JAK Portal).

v1.3:
- Graphics Fully Implemented!

v1.2:
- Fixed some errors server side, and noticed that files are actually being opened sometimes instead of downloading..... working on a fix.
