Description

DGMT! (stands for Drop and Give Me Twenty!) is a simple open source app to provide a pushup tracking routine with the interface designed to count repetitions for you when you touch your nose to it during your pushup. Originally based on the 100 pushups program.

The app allows for all 6 weeks of the 100 pushup training program. DGMT! includes a tests to put you in on the right level and vary the difficulty as you go. Basically, it will measure in the beginning the maximal amount of pushups you can do, and then auto-adjust the number of reps to do in each set. After each set completion special resting timer will give you chance to recover and start new set at the time.

DGMT! allows 3 entry methids: counts on nose touch, manual entry that records time, and proximity sensor (where available).
