Description
Motion Detector is a program that allows you to use your Android phone as an alarm system or motion sensor. The program uses the phone's built-in camera as a sensor and if it detects a change or a movement in the surrounding area, it sends a text message with a picture to another cell phone or an email. Therefore, it is necessary to have an extra cell phone available or an email address to use this program correctly.The program can either be started or stopped directly directly via the phone GUI or by sending a text message.
It is recommended that you enter a password, so that the alarm can not be started or stopped by third party.
This program was nominated as the fourth best application in the competition "Denmarks best Android application" introduced by the tech-magazine Version2 and HTC.
